Citizens Guide to Transportation Planning (PDF)
This guide has been developed to enable citizens to understand and participate in transportation planning activities that may impact their community or their quality of life. It informs interested citizens of the goals and processes of transportation planning, who is doing this planning, when is it being done, and who to contact in order to get involved.
